Track your usage
See how much of each Claude Code and Codex CLI account's 5-hour and weekly limits is left, right from the sidebar.
Subscription plans come with limits that reset every few hours and every week. Mach Studio shows where each of your accounts stands, so you can pick the account with room to spare before a long task instead of finding out halfway through.
Open the usage menu
Click the gauge icon at the bottom of the sidebar. The Usage menu lists every signed-in Claude Code and Codex CLI account, with the tightest of its limits shown as a percentage left and a small meter. Opening the menu checks every account for you.
Green means plenty left, amber means you are getting close, and red means the limit is nearly used up.
See the details for one account
Hover or select an account to see all of its limits:
- 5-hour limit: the rolling window that resets a few hours after you start using it.
- Weekly limit: the longer window for the whole week. Some plans show more than one weekly limit, for example per model family.
Each limit shows the percentage left, a meter, and the time it resets. The bottom of the panel tells you when the reading was last checked. Click the refresh icon next to the account name to check it again now, or use Check all accounts at the top of the menu.
Before you see data
An account needs to be signed in before usage can be read. If you have not added an account yet, the menu points you to Extensions → Harnesses, and Manage Harnesses at the bottom of the menu takes you there any time. Accounts signed in with an API key are billed per token rather than by a plan limit, so they do not show a meter. The same goes for OpenCode, which runs on Mach Studio's models or your own provider keys.
Use it to pick an account
When one account is nearly out, start the chat on another: choose it under Harness in the composer, or hand an existing chat off to it. See Multiple accounts and Switch agents and models.
